Wonderful Property, Proactive Property Management

Property Manager called prior to our arrival to make registration seamless, gave me contact information if I had any issues and asked how they could make our stay a more enjoyable experience. The location was clean and maintained and very convenient to village shops and restaurants. Checkout was just as easy, the only downside is I didn't book for two weeks.

Short but sweet

Booked the stay to attend a wedding. Unit was as described. Very comfortable. We were allowed an early check in which we were grateful for. Staff at property were very helpful and pleasant.

Great condo and location

The condo was very nice and comfortable with everything you need. It also has a wood burning fireplace. Great walking location to Beaver Creek down and lifts. We stayed later in the ski season, so the ski in/ ski out was a bit more difficult. If you have great ski conditions, it would be ideal.

Great place, great location!

It is a great location; very walkable to skiing and all of the resort amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with everything you need. The only issue is the bed in the fold out sofa was in pretty rough shape (missing some springs / support). If that get's fixed, it is a perfect place!

Great property, needs some small maintenance.

Great location. It wasn't quite clear that the second bedroom has no window to the outside. Two windows didn't shut properly so there was a constant draft and it was impossible to get the apartment warm at times, with 7 degrees outside in January. Also toaster was half broken and 2 toilets kept running. Needs a little TLC...

Beaver Creek Townsend Place 12/4-12/8

One of the showers was broken upon check in. Fixed quickly. Other than that and not knowing the bedroom setup until you arrived, everything was perfect. Would highly recommend! Beautiful place!

Easy Access To Everything

Townsend Place is a very nice condo with a perfect location. Ski out directly to Elkhorn lift and easy walk to shops & restaurants. Our unit 207A was well equipped and very comfortable. However, the microwave didn’t work and the maintenance staff never checked it out or fixed it. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Beaver Creek.
