The view was breath taking. The service was amazing. The beds were the most comfortable, I slept like a baby and I have a bad back so I always struggle but not this time. Every room, including the kitchen and the bathrooms was impeccable. But best of all, the host/representative, Reed, was extremely helpful and responsive, I can't say enough about him.

A lot of extra fees that are outlined on the description. Check-in was a bit confusing. Not a lot of extras or things like starter coffee. Coffee pot leaked. Property management was very responsive.

Perfect spot for a family ski weekend over MLK

Beautiful condo- had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, ample dishes and cookware, etc. ski valet was amazing- heated boots waiting fresh each morning! We used both the shuttle bus and the on-site gondola; the shuttle is quicker to get to ski lessons for kids and the gondola going to the condo was absolutely amazing. There’s a Starbucks on site, and the Stoke and Rye restaurant on site was outstanding. Chefs kiss to the whole experience!!!

INCREDIBLE WEEK

We had an incredible time at this condo at the Westin. It was perfect and honestly the pictures don't do it justice. It was spacious, clean and fully stocked with kitchen items and even laundry detergent. The condo is super convenient to the work out room and spa, which were both fabulous. Avon area is awesome too. We walked everywhere or took a Westin Shuttle. The owners were super helpful and always responsive. Highly recommend.

So relaxing and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect and all of the Westin staff were friendly and efficient. The pool, hot tubs and work out facility were above expectations. The food at the Westin was delicious and the area had some lovely restaurants. Reed was great to work with!!!

Never disappoints

Great two bedroomed apartment. Great location and couldn't be easier to ski from. My only suggstions to improve comfort are: use pillow liners for hygiene and use a cover on thin duvet bed cover as felt a little 'used by others' between cleans.

Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved staying here and spending Christmas in the mountains. Everything we needed was available to us, from in room accommodations to live music, ski valet and gondola, we had it all! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent unit and location

We typically like to stay on the mountain when we are skiing, but stayed at the Westin for a soccer tournament this fall. It was a perfect location, it is very nice amenities, and the hosts were communicative and accommodating. I think we would like to try this unit again during the winter.

Very nice stay at Charlie's

The unit was clean and well stocked. Communication with Charlie was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. We have stayed at The Westin Riverfront many times and will book again with Charlie.

Westin in August 2023

The location is good, but the property was not clean when we arrived. It was around 10pm when we could finally moved into the rooms. The owner did compensate us for the very late arrival. The property is pet friendly, so the living area had dog hair on the sofa/chairs and had a funky smell. Not sure with all the added fees from the Westin if this is good value for your money. The property is nice with two separate bedroom areas and nice meeting area in the middle.

Lovely and convenient

This property at the Westin is a great place to stay while enjoying Beaver Creek. Everything is very easy- ski rental, access to the mountain, storage, shuttles, etc. The Lobby is busy with live music and a bustling bar. Valet service was great and the 4pm hot chocolate bar is fun. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the washer and dryer that didn’t work well. The spin cycle on the washer left the clothes very wet and the dryer never really got them dry. Just a warning as we had to leave with damp clothes.

Great space and great location

We loved our stay this past week, and highly recommend this property (and working with Charlie and Reed). I want to share some helpful info/tips for future renters. Yes, it’s true that there’s a parking garage going up nearby that does partially obstruct the pristine mountain view, but that did not take anything away from our stay experience. Kitchen is well-stocked with every type of dish needed. There are also humidifiers as the air is definitely dry in the mountains. The fridge has an ice maker and filtered water. The fans for the HVAC are always on at night, and it was easier for us to just turn the temp down to have them not blowing on us; and it has little adverse impact on the temp in the room. We had some minor inconveniences with room keys not working on the door, but that was exclusively the issue with the resort and not the VRBO property/owner or manager. The ski valet was great, and it was extremely easy to get a gondola ride to the base lift each day. Highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Great location for skiing Beaver Creek and enjoying the area.
