Fully Renovated 5 bedroom duplex in between Vail and Beaver Creek

Five bedroom three-level duplex home with bright, open layout main level living area and a top-level master. Features include a large side yard, back and front decks with single-car garage. Eagle-Vail amenities include tennis courts, several pocket parks, a pool and a public golf course. Great for families or couples looking for a getaway. Walk to hiking trails. It's a quick drive to both Vail (10 mins) and Beaver Creek (3 mins) ski areas.

* Master Bedroom - Upstairs, king bed and en suite bathroom (heated floors) with high ceilings and overhead ceiling fan.

* 2nd Bedroom - Upstairs, nursery with crib and optional twin bed blowup mattress (built-in motor with quick blow up) with high ceilings and overhead ceiling fan.

* 3rd Bedroom - Upstairs, twin bed plus twin trundle with high ceilings and overhead ceiling fan.

* 4th Bedroom - Basement level, queen bed.

* 5th Bedroom - Basement level, two sets of bunkbeds: 3 twins and 1 full-sized bed. Includes a large walk-in closet.

Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. Eagle-Vail tends to have mild weather with cool evenings. The home has plenty of ceiling fans and windows that open. Our family has never had issues with the lack of air conditioning, but its certainly something to consider as you are booking!

Wonderful and cozy!

Our family got together to ski Vail and Beaver Creek. Very convenient to both. Located on a snowshoe trail. Great kitchen/dining area!Bedrooms are lovely. We had a great time. The property owners are very responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend this place!!
