We have stayed in much better prepped houses. This one had sparse cookware, and the home layout was odd. Great house if you are just needing a shower and a place to sleep.

Big home with an amazing view!

This was a big home for our family of 5 with a dog. It was perfect for us. The teens loved the table that turned into a ping pong or pool table. We all loved the view with the big windows. It could be a little cleaner with rings around the bathtubs and dated ripped furniture and rugs, but for the view and location it was worth it!

Perfect house!

The house is in the best location in the outer banks for peace and quiet. No one behind you. It feels like an oasis. The propriety manager is wonderful, and the house was very clean. The inside of the house is amazing, highly recommended. We’ll be back Only piece of feedback is the kitchen didn’t seem to have tongs, unless I missed something

Average beach rental

The convenience of this beach house is great! The views were amazing! But the kitchen is not well equipped. It has VERY basic supplies. We were frustrated because we have a family of 7 and we cooked almost every meal. Had I known, I would have brought some of the essentials. If you plan to cook a lot while you're here, make sure you bring EVERYTHING you need (including pans, salt and pepper, etc).

Bugs, stain on floors

There were bugs in windows and on the floor. There was a big spot of throw up looked like from a dog by the wet bar underneath the mat. The pool table had a small tear on the end closest to the steps so we didn’t play with it. The mattress pad in the master bedroom king bed had some nasty stains on it. Other then that all was good.
