The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Just ok

We stayed at this property with another family for a week. Overall cleanliness was good. The house is older and needs some updates. The carpet in the home is stained and could definitely use either a good cleaning or new flooring. Especially with it being a dog friendly home. We were not impressed that we had no ability to change the thermostat. It has a 4 digit pin that you must have to change anything. It was kept at 72 degrees most of the time. We are used to keeping our house around 68. Not a huge deal but more of an annoyance. Also the upstairs shower is extremely small. There is no light over top of it so most of the time we showered in the dark. We had to contact maintenance regarding a floor board on the back deck that had snapped when one of the adults stepped on it. The back deck is not in great shape and should be replaced. Maintenance was extremely responsive and came out and put a new board down within a few hours. We did notice that the ceiling on the second floor had some mold from water damage. It left a musty smell in the house. Overall, it was a decent home for the price. It’s located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and fit our needs while we were there.
