「This house is the perfect place for a week in OBX! Extended family came together and had plenty of room to spread out to have our own space, and more than enough room in the main living and dining areas also! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a large crowd, beds are very comfortable, and the elevator is perfect, especially for getting luggage in and out. The view of the beach was wonderful! Our whole family greatly enjoyed our week here!」

The house is large and comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and the location is wonderful - within walking distance to both the beach and the supermarket. Tucked away in a really quiet neighborhood, the location was close enough to restaurants and the beach to be walkable/bikeable without being too busy. The listing was really accurate, and the hot tub was wonderful way to end a busy day. The canal in the back is a nice touch. 」

「Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay this past week while at the outer banks. We stayed as a 3-generation family, and this property was everything we could have hoped for. As another reviewer noted, it doesn’t have the most up to date finishes, but that hardly mattered. The property was clean, charming, comfortable, and the perfect place to create memories with 2 grandkids under 5. The beach wasn’t more than a 5 minute walk, and the proximity to the grocery store made getting supplies...

「We had 4 families in the house, including 5 kids four years old and younger. This was an awesome house for us. Lots of space, lots of open common area for playing and spending time together. A very short walk to the beach access just a few houses down. We had a little beach wagon for the kids, and carried them sometimes too without too much trouble. The road we walked along was very quiet. When we couldn't get out of the house with the kids, there was a great view of the ocean from the house....
