The space
Walk up one flight of stairs to a large south facing porch. Enter thru front door leading you into an open concept living room with electric fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. Take the hallway down to a hall bathroom and twin bunk beds. Continue down hallway to two more bedrooms: one queen bed with slider door that leads onto North facing porch. King bedroom has a slider door as well leading out to porch as well as an attached full bathroom!
The house is lifted extra high so the ground level under the house is a lovely place to retreat with some shade! BONUS - there is a game room located at ground level with card table, couch, TV, arcade game, etc. Basketball for your enjoyment outside, a hot tub, AND an outdoor shower!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property except for locked owners closets.

*For those with an electric car there is an EV charger on the property! 220 Volt Tesla Universal Charger works in any electric vehicle!
