“This was our first time renting on the sound and we chose the perfect house! The house was clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect! We were close to restaurants, shops, and a little playground for the kids. Karen, the host, was quick to respond , she even checked in in on us on our drive down to see our eta and give instructions. She provided every ounce of instruction and recommendation you would need while staying there. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The private beach……

“We had a great week! Very quiet & peaceful location on the sound all while being very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for extended family to have their own space, all while having great common areas to spend time together. The book and game library in the living room provide plenty of things to do inside if the weather isn't great, or if you just need to get out of the sun. Owner was very attentive and helpful and provided all the information we needed to get……

“Our first family vacation to OBX and Breeze Bay was perfect. The location was fantastic- 5 min walk to the beach was super easy but honestly our boys loved fishing from the dock and using the kayaks just as much. Pickleball was a blast at Kinnakeet. The kitchen was fully stocked for making meals. We absolutely loved having morning coffee on the deck and then watching the sun set on the roof top deck. Avon is such a fun town with great restaurants and lots to do in addition to an absolutely……
