「David and his family were the perfectHosts. The home was clean and very spacious for our group. The boys enjoyed the back yard and sitting on the porch counting horses. Host was very responsive to questions. Our family was fortunate enough to visit their farm. Spent about an hour getting to know them. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the wife/Mother but their children were amazing and friendly. Hopefully next time! The boys left feeling like they had a new friend. We will definitely check...

「Property was in good shape and had plenty of space. Our family loved the beach and the shallow water for the children to play in. Even though we didn’t have perfect weather, we had a wonderful trip.」

「Came with my husband and his band for some shows they had booked in New York. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just so you know, but the beds and atmosphere itself is so cozy! Host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed something, but didn’t bother us at all unnecessarily. Easy check in/check out and we had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. So grateful! Will definitely stay again!」

「This is a beautiful home with beautiful landscaping. We were greeted with a personal note from the host and muffins ready for breakfast the next morning. The two room suite was a sitting room with comfy chairs, TV, and desk & a large bedroom and bath. Sadly, our schedule didn’t allow us to meet the hosts or take advantage of the outdoor spaces. All in all, it worked great for us. 」

「This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it.」
