「Me and my 5 friends stayed here for 3 nights. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The organisation and commucation with the house owner and the lady that welcomed us at the park was great. The house itself is very nice, clean and has a nice outdoor area. The sauna is very small so that only 2 (max 3) people fit in. The described 'pool' is not really a pool but rather a bathtub with jacuzzi functions. I was not surprised by that, because I asked for that info beforehand. But I think this wording...

「Die Unterkunft in Xanten entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Für den Aufenthalt einer 8-köpfigen Gruppe mit drei Hunden war das Haus perfekt - der große Garten mit Grill und Bestuhlung hat uns ebenfalls sehr überzeugt.Zu beachten für Hundehalter ist, dass es einen Zaun zur Straße sowie eine hohe Hecke zur Abgrenzung der rechten Grundstücksseite gibt - allerdings geht die Abgrenzung nicht um das gesamte Grundstück. In unserem Falle war das jedoch nicht schlimm, da das Gras der umliegenden Wiese...
