"Excellent hotel for connection. Easy access to the airport with hotel shuttle. The room is slightly dated but it is just for connection. It is roomy and clean. I love the little coffee shop, the small convenient store and the gift shop. Nice restaurants. Will stay again next time. Highly recommend. "

"Great room, not small like what’s usually available at Tokyo. Really nice spread for breakfast. Staffs were really kind and helpful, they helped me with my taxi booking each of the morning I was there. Will definitely be back. "

"This is a great hotel with excellent location in Narita - it is about a 2-minute walk to JR Narita Station and a 5-minute walk to Keisei-Narita Station. While it is an older hotel, it is clean, quiet, with friendly service and well-priced. The in-hotel restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast and their staff is also very friendly as well. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport. I will happily stay here next time I stay in Narita. "
