"Cozy private guest house tucked behind the main house. Quiet and comfortable. Convenient location. Close proximity to Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Rose Bowl. Easy access to freeway. Long driveway for parking. Private fenced yard. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Contemporary finishes and furnishings. Firm memory foam beds. Host was both responsive and helpful. "We would highly recommend this property. Very clean, safe, beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed and we were close to all the sights. Only recommendation for future guests is to be aware of what size car you bring. We rented a Ford Explorer and it was pretty tight in the garage. It was a phenomenal stay- would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a great time in Los Angeles. Being in East Hollywood put us close enough to many attractions that were a cheap Uber away. But having a car, we had parking and were centrally located to other neighborhoods of interest. Walkable to many restaurants and markets for essentials. Laurie was a great host!"

"Our stay was perfect for our needs. Close to attractions and gorgeous site seeing. Beds were super comfortable for a good nights rest. The owner was available and attentive with communication. The only improvement I may suggest is to somehow improve the odor; the property was clean but had some unfresh odors."

"Best: Three and a half baths — so nice for 3 bedrooms, and no fighting for space; also, the price was right. Could be improved: the elevator from garage to condo was not working, the light in that stairwell was out, and heavy rain produced a ceiling leak, but nothing that couldn’t wait until after check out. All bedrooms are up stairs. The rooftop was nothing special, but a place for fresh air. The house was conveniently located near the studios and cemetaries."

"My family booked this place for the week and we were very pleased with the location, amenities, and communication with the host. They were very supportive of our time here. And the proximity to Pasadena, Glendale, and the rest of LA is pretty good. The only thing to be aware of is street parking, as you need a permit. But overall, great place. Thank you."

"Enjoyed our stay. Lots of bedrooms for bigger group of people. Clean quiet place. Market is walking distance for the place. Dont look for costco or Walmart for groceries, baja ranch is walking distance from the place, they have everything you need. I will book this place again."

"Prior to arrival, we were at informed of a couple problems that the cleaning crew had noticed to which the owner offered us a full refund and assistance in finding another place close by. Unfortunately, we were already in route and due to one of my children being handicapped, finding another place that was suitable for her in such short time sounded impossible. The owner worked with us and let us stay and instead refunded us a few nights anyways as we weren't able to use the washer or the master...

"This space is great for family or groups, plenty of space and very clean. It is a little loud from neighbors, but not unbearable. Would suggest a coffee table and side tables for the bedrooms, but otherwise the space is very comfortable for being away from home. The property manager is very helpful and accommodating. Communicating instructions clearly and providing smooth support as needed. Really enjoyed the location as well, very comfortable walking around and easy to get anywhere in the city....

"The home was wonderful, but city regulations hindered our ability to fully enjoy it. With a packed schedule of theme park visits, we were disappointed that the pool was off-limits due to these restrictions. Fortunately, we managed to carve out half a day to finally relish in the comforts of home."

"The apartment was pristine and the location superb. Arrival instructions were detailed and our early arrival was willingly accommodated. The hosts communicated promptly and supplied so many extras that we didn't need to pick up any suppplies after our arrival. We felt at home right away. We were able to do laundry with a mini laundromat on site. While it was a bit cool for swimming, the pool was clean and appealing. My only complaint was that our stay was too short!"
