"The hotel has no reception desk and no staff is on site. The rooms were clean and in good condition. All have jacuzzi and some kind of sauna (a steamer connected to the large shower cabin). The temperature, during the night, was quite low. There is no parking, however you can park on the street in front, if you are lucky enough to find a spot. The hotel is located in a very nice and central area."

"On arrival we were given the room that we booked only to find out that the door did not lock once we tried to leave the room. After contacting the customer service representative we were told that it “should be safe anyway”. Obviously as a paying customer I was not happy with this. We were then moved to another room (which may I add was a downgrade) because it was all that they could offer us. No mention of a refund of the extra that we paid for the higher spec room and when I asked the question...

"The furniture is outdated, the rooms have smoke smell, the shower is rusted on some of the rooms. The breakfast is pretty bad - not too much diversity, coffee is average. The hotel has a great location and good parking, if they would renovate it would be a very good hotel. The receptionist was ok, but he was not aware if there are any water boiling facilities in the room or not. "

"The key card did not work. Staff had to let me into my room with the physical key in the door lock. The next day they had a maintenance person change the battery for it to work. I always check cleanliness when I enter a hotel room by wiping surfaces with a white tissue and see if the tissue comes out dirty. It came out dirty. "

The location is super convenient—not only is it close to the airport, but it also offers easy access to the city center via direct public transport lines.
