"Great hotel, our fridge didn’t work mid heatwave, so couldn’t keep any food or drinks cold. However the air con was brilliant, beautiful room. Pillows -10 was awful was just fluff, and the mattress was rock hard."

"I wasn’t happy that when I came back to the hotel from work my room wasn’t cleaned.. I wasn’t informed at the reception you had to place your card outside the door to let them know you need your room cleaned.. for me this is a hotel trying to deceive you into not cleaning your room"
