「House was filthy when we arrived, especially the floor. We needed to contact the agent to have cleaners attend to it. Smelt very musty. 」

「The inside is a little tired and old including the furniture. The back yard needs spraying with clover spray as no good for kids and dogs. It was mowed but within two days the clover flowers were back along with the bees. Someone came into the backyard while we were there and opened the gate and took out bin out Thursday morning. We still had rubbish to put in it and we have a large dog. This could have ended badly. It was obvious we were home, as our car was in the driveway. 」
