"We did a weekend get away to estes. We came on the off season so not too busy everywhere. Rates were also cheaper Family of 4 two little ones. We stayed at the motel side. It was cleaning spacious had a kitchenette so saved money not having to eat out. There was only one grill on site for the motel. You need to rent the cabin for the private hot tub and grill. Thats the only part I didn't see much information on when renting that only the cabins get those amenities. Overall great stay, close to the river for fishing and 6 mins away from Rocky mountain national park"

"Our church used this space for our youth retreat and it was the perfect size for our group (19 students and 7 leaders). The property has beautiful views of the mountains and the outdoor space was great for our meal time. Would highly recommend for a large group gathering."

"A hot tub under the stars with a great view of the front range. A great fireplace to cozy up in front of. Convenient access to the park and to groceries, coffee, and everything we needed. A well stocked kitchen. A great place to stay!"
