"This was a last minute, save the anniversary getaway from complete disappointment, back up. Our resort cabin plans had fallen through when we arrived at the resort so we had to find something close and fast. This establishment looked good and it was good. The staff was nice enough but greetings and smiles had to be sought out - they weren't offered freely. Maybe they were tired or just having a not great day, but it's always nice to be greeted with a cheery "hello, welcome to ..." and a "Good morning, how did you rest last night?" and we didn't get that until after we started the conversation. "

"Only complaint was north hotels shower doesn’t have enough shelves for your products while in the shower. Tv is not a smart tv and you cannot stream Netflix etc. No balcony on 2nd floor of north hotel. Mini fridge could be bigger. Over all all amenities were amazing. Location amazing. Restaurants were amazing we ate at the Italian restaurant and northwood pub. Everyone who worked at the resort was extremely friendly. "
