Only complaints were there is no hot water for the showers and the noise, especially since I'm a light sleeper. Could hear people walking above me - so request a top floor if that bothers you. You could also hear the music as they play loud music until 10 pm in the lobby/kitchen/pool area so I would request one away from that. means no day time naps too. Overall I would stay again just in a farther from the action room. Otherwise they offer a free airport shuttle, city shuttle, beach shuttle which was super convenient."

"The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf) made our stay the most memorable!
