Alles war toll :-) Sehr nettes Team, jede Menge Infos per whatsapp, tolles Frühstück und ich durfte sogar Late-check-out machen. Zimmer supergeräumig und sehr stilvoll und modern. Gerade wird der Wellnessbereich umgebaut, ich komme garantiert im Winter wieder. Danke euch :-)

in gutes Hundehotel

Das Zimmer war sauber und bequem. Das Personal freundlich. Sonderwünsche wurden umgesetzt. Dogsitting war pünktlich und zuverlässig. Leider kein Aufzug. Für Leute mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Mir fehlte beim Empfang und bei der Verabschiedung die Hilfe beim Gepäck. Wahrscheinlich hätte ich sie erhalten, wenn ich darum gebeten hätte. Für mich ist solch ein Angebot aber eine selbstverständliche Serviceleistungen. Doch alles in Allem ein gutes Hundehotel, welches ich auch weiter Empfehlen kann.

Zamluvený jsme měli apartmán s kuchyňkou. Dostali jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj bez kuchyně. teprve na naši reklamaci jsme musel skoro hodinu čekat na pokoj s kuchyňkou. Personál mnoho ochoty nepobral. Ač jsme dopředu psali, že přijedeme v 18,00 hodin, pokoj nebyl připravený. Jinak bylo všude čisto, akorát nám vůbec neukázali, kde je lyžárna a v podstatě s námi nikdo nemluvil.

Perfekt zum Skifahren

Sauberes Apartmentzimmer mit viel platz und kleiner Einbauküche. Leider war bei uns kein Geschirrspülmittel oder Geschirrtücher vorhanden. Ansonsten war alles was man an Geschirr &Besteck braucht vorhanden. Gratis Saunanutzung war toll!

Hübsches Hotel, gute Lage, nettes Personal.

Alles in allem Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerade die Schlafbereiche waren sehr schön gestaltet. Das System mit der Selbstbedienung war wirklich einfach klasse. Auch das Frühstück war für so ein kleines Hotel wirklich überragend. Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch zu genügend vorhanden. Was uns negativ aufgefallen ist bzw. Was man Verbessern könnte: - Die Toilette stand so nah ab der Wand das man Probleme hatte auf selbiges sich hinsetzen zu können, ich sehe da gerade bei der älteren Generation doch enorme Probleme. Man sollte dann eventuell auf das Trocken-Gestänge verzichten. - Das Sofa wa sehr verstaubt und die Kissen sahen nicht wirklich ansehlich aus.

Waren auf der Durchreise, und das hat sich nachher auch bei der Rechnung bemerkbar gemacht. Dadurch dass wir ein Appartement nehmen musste, war für EINE Nacht eine Endreinigung von 55,- € fällig. Das Frühstück war von der Stange, wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben, Kaffee war jedoch gut. Die Säfte waren mit Wasser gestreckt, und schmeckten sauer. Kann natürlich auch sein, dass sie nur sauer waren und der Eindruck von Mineralwasser entstand. Das Zimmer war total abgewohnt, Toilette und Dusche ohne Fenster, und sowieso total runter. Bezahlt haben wir dann 210,- €, davon 37,- € für das unsägliche Frühstück und 55,- € für die Endreinigung. Kann man ja machen mit einer Familie mit Baby die schon 16 Stunden im Auto saßen. Friss oder stirb...

Self-service apartment style

Bring all your stuff, including bathroom towels. Also this hotel charges $11.00 for every adult (16+) as final cleaning fee during the stay. I am not impressed being a royal Marriott member .
