Saubere aber dunkle Wohnung, Blick auf Berge nur vom Balkon gut sichtbar

+ saubere Wohnung + gute Lage - Wohnung dunkel - Lage (Bergblick) aufgrund der hohen Dachgeschossfenster nur auf Zehenspitzen zu erkennen - Balkon ist Gemeinschaftsbalkon und eher als Raucherbalkon zu verstehen, lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein - Backofen, Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden Die Vermieterin wohnt im Erdgeschoss des gleichen Hauses, die Tür stand fast immer offen, ist immer präsent.

modern und trotzdem gemütlich

Top. Ich habe mich 1 Woche lang sehr wohlgefühlt in Evas Dachferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet gewesen, was ich brauchte. Sogar Gewürze, Öl, Essig und Kaffee habe ich vorgefunden. Besonders gut gefiel mir, dass die Gastgeber Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit zu legen scheinen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und trotzdem war es sehr gemütlich. Danke sehr!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Der Aufenthalt in der Fewo, war sehr gut. Alles sauber und so, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben war. Gemütliche Wohnung, die nach einem ereignisreichen Tag am Berg zum verweilen und entspannen einlädt. Gerne wieder.

Idyllische Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss

Wir waren im Juli, in Eva‘s Ferienwohnung, welche sich im Dachgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses befindet. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Des Weiteren ist die Ferienwohnung sehr zentral gelegen und man kann alles zu Fuß oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und legt wert darauf, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft mit Bergblick

Wir waren über Silvester eine Woche Eva's Gäste und sind völlig begeistert. Für uns als junges Pärchen, das tagsüber am Berg ist und abends dann gemütlich zusammen kochen und den Abend ausklingen lassen möchte, war die Wohnung perfekt. Die Dachwohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und durch die zum Teil belassenen Holzbalken und die Einrichtung sehr charmant. Die Gastgeberin hat uns zudem einen sehr herzlichen Empfang bereitet. Zu beachten ist, dass die Wohnung im 2. Stock liegt und die Dachschrägen zum Teil relativ steil sind . Die Wohnung ist somit eher für jüngere bzw. fitte Paare empfehlenswert. Alles in allem also eine eindeutige Empfehlung!

Gemütliche kleine Unterkunft

In Eva‘s Dachferienwohnung hatten wir einen schönen Kurzurlaub über die Weihnachtsfeiertage und sogar an einem verregneten Tag kann man es sich in der Wohnung gemütlich machen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Gastgeberin ist wirklich sehr nett und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Die Therme kann man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen und auch sonst hat man schnell alles erreicht (Einkaufsmeile, Supermärkte, Banken). Bad Reichenhall hat eine super Lage für Ausflüge nach Salzburg, den Königssee, Bertechsgaden, den Chiemsee... alles in gut 30 min zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden Eva‘s Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
