an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and separate freezer. The adjoining living and dining area is spacious and invites you to relax together. Large windows facing in several directions let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the surrounding green countryside and the mountains. Of particular note is the spacious balcony, which is ideal for a relaxing breakfast and offers a view of the striking Untersberg. The living area is comfortably furnished and features several sofas with plenty of space to relax. A modern flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities provides entertainment.
