Apartment "Rex" - Quiet location in a beautiful setting

Enjoy picturesque landscapes in our idyllic village and its surroundings. Only 3km away are the spa Schlema with the health bath "Actinon" and the mountain town Schneeberg, which shines especially in winter in the typical Erzgebirge glory. The apartment Rex is about 40m2 and is located on the ground floor. The basic equipment is designed for 2 people, which, however, can be extended by a sofa bed in the living room on 3 beds. For cuddly winter evenings, there is of course a TV.

The kitchen has a kitchenette with hob, fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and all utensils to cook. There is also a dining counter with 2 chairs. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower, sink and towel dryer. The Fewo Rex also has access to a private balcony overlooking the garden with pool.

For all our apartments is a free Wi-Fi access available.

Towels and linen are included.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and at a small one-time surcharge.

Cozy barbecue evenings are possible in the yard / garden. Garden furniture is available.

Parking is available directly at the house.

From Tuesday to Saturday a baker stops right in front of the house and offers the possibility to enjoy fresh rolls and cakes for breakfast.

A restaurant is a 2-minute walk away.

Book this apartment incl. Final cleaning and visitor's tax.

In the winter months (Oct.March) we charge a heating fee of 1.50 € / day.
