Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist meiner Meinung nach ausbaufähig. Spa-Nutzung am Abreisetag nur bis 11 Uhr und ansonsten mit sehr hohem Aufpreis verbunden - das läuft in vielen anderen Hotels schon besser ab. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das Abendessen war in Ordnung. Bei den Duschen im Spa-Bereich roch es immer nach Kanal, was sehr unangenehm war. Für diesen Preis kommen wir bestimmt nicht wieder, Preis/Leistung für mich nicht gerechtfertigt!

Ärgerliche Extra Gebühren

Wichtig zu wissen: 100,- Eur pro Doppelzimmer Extra Gebühr für die Spa Nutzung vor 15 und nach 11 Uhr am An- & Abreisetag. (25,- pro Person an beiden Tagen) Trotz Berwerbung als SPA Hotel sind Slippers (Pantoffel) nicht inkludiert und werden mit 8,90 Extra verrechnet! Nachdem das Hotel im sehr ländlichen Bereich ist und man ja eigentlich nur wegen dem Spa kommt, finde ich diese Aufpreise nicht gerechtfertigt. Für 400,- Eur pro Nacht sollte man sich Pantoffel und einen normalen Spa Zugang erwarten können! Immerhin haben wir auch kein Geld zurück bekommen, weil die angekündigte Live Band nicht gespielt hat. Irgendwie hat man das Gefühl dass man geschröpft wird. Positive Punkte: Das Frühstück war wirklich vielseitig und sehr reichlich. Die Wärme des Wassers ist ideal. Einige Saunen und reichlich Liegen. Dennoch werden wir wohl nicht mehr wiederkommen weil wir uns sehr über die Aufpreise geärgert haben. Ich verstehe, wenn aus Umweltgründen keine Pantoffel mehr ausgegeben werden. Dann wäre eine Info dazu vorab wünschenswert oder zumindest Flip Flops zum Selbstkostenpreis (der bei 2-3 eur liegt). Noch Profit aus einem eigenen Magel an Service zu schlagen ist untragbar.

Leider hat der Service nach der Übernahme nach dem Falkensteiner ein wenig gelitten. Zwei geführte Aufgüsse am Tag sind doch wenig. Zum Tee holen einen Stock höher gehen zu müssen ist ebenfalls sehr mühsam und wenn schon kein Buffet am nachmittag mehr geboten wird, wäre etwas zu knabbern bei der Teebar auch sehr nett. Preis - Leistung stimmt hier leider gar nicht mehr. Sehr schade!

El hotel está retirado de la ciudad con vistas increíbles, ideal para relajarte. Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Tuve una situación que me encantó, perdí mi celular en el lobby y estuvieron buscándome para devolverlo. Excelente servicio en recepción. Volvería nuevamente… ampliamente recomendable…

Man merkt das dieses schöne Hotel mit dem Personal Probleme hat, leider nicht immer der deutschen Sprache mächtig, Freundlichkeit alleine genügt halt nicht. Terasse hat zu wenig Sonnenschirme , Sonnenschutz bei den Fenstern im Speisesaal wäre sinnvoll.. Es fehlt halt qualifiziertes Personal, schade.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Ort mitten in der Landschaft. Daher ist absolute Ruhe garantiert. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr einladend. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen ausgezeichnet. Nachmittags gibt es ein kleines Kuchenbuffet. Für die Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs vor und nach dem Check-in sind 10 Euro aufzuzahlen.
