Very nice. Great location on the river. The batn towels could be updated -Very thin. I filled out the form for breakfast and left in the door. The breakfast never came. Other than i had a great experience

Las habitaciones increibles, muy buenas camas y almohadas. El hotel con muy buen servicio, atención del personal y el desayuno abundante y rico con una vista hermosa de Badajoz. Un poco lejos del casco antiguo pero con vehiculo muy conveniente porque cuenta con estacionamiento y casino. Volvería a escogerlo

Decepcionante: lejos de un verdadero 5 estrelas.

El hotel se promociona como de 5 estrellas, pero en realidad no pasa de 3. El desayuno es muy básico, sin opciones adicionales de la cocina, los huevos revueltos sueltan agua y la reposición es lenta. El personal es educado, pero sin mucha simpatía. Las toallas son ásperas, el papel higiénico de baja calidad y las almohadas bastante limitadas. No ofrecen zapatillas y la única “cortesía” que recibimos fue una nota amable con cuatro dulces, solo porque era nuestro aniversario de boda, sin ningún otro detalle especial. La cortesía de agua se limitó a una sola botella pequeña, aunque éramos dos. El frigobar no informa los precios de los productos, lo que genera incertidumbre. La habitación es amplia, sin balcón, pero con un baño bien distribuido. La recepción es correcta, pero no ayudan con el equipaje. El casino es un extra, aunque nada especial. El acceso al desayuno es incómodo. En general, le falta el nivel de servicio y atención al detalle que se espera de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

We booked two rooms the rooms were very spacious and clean but the showers was broken in both the bathrooms. They need to fix them. Using the shower was a challenge, the water was going all over the place.

Grote ruime kamer bij een casino

Grote mooie kamer, de verwarming/airco was wat moeilijk te regelen, een piepende toegangsdeur maar verder prima Om s avonds iets te drinken moet je het casuno in, wel heeft het restaurant een prachtig uitzicht
