Wonderful stay in Baden Baden

We really had a lovely time in the lovely home of Ursula and Nobuhiro. This is a perfect house for a family and very close to Baden Baden. We loved the city!

Wonderful place

The house is amazing located in a quiet picturesque area next to vineyards. The house is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Bus stop is 5 minutes from the house and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center. Nobuhiro is an amazing host. I would highly recommend this property

URSULA und NOBUHIR were welcoming and helpful. The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every convenience to make the stay enjoyable. Particularly appreciated by us was the opportunity to make use of the spacious terrace and the beautiful garden

Nice place but a bit tired and in need of an update

This is an excellent property but it is showing signs of wear and tear. The decking on the balcony is broken in places and the balcony rail is rusty. The cushions for the outside furniture were old and dirty, and they need to be replaced. Crockery and cutlery is a bit old and some of it is chipped. There is a lot of unnecessary 'stuff' in the kitchen. It needs modern replacements. With a bit more attention to detail and quality, this would be a 5-star holiday location. The garden is very private.

Platz und Ruhe in Baden-Baden

Ein schönes großes Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ist nicht mehr viel Platz für eigene Lebensmittel.Das Haus bietet viel Platz, alles funktioniert einwandfrei.Zur Omnibushaltestelle nach Baden-Baden Innenstadt sind es 5 Minuten.Terrasse ud Garten bieten ausreichend Platz zum Relaxen.Ich war sehr zufrieden

Großes Haus, toller Flügel, ruhige Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Wir haben die Wohnung wegen des Kamins und dem Flügel gemietet. Leider war bei Ankunft der Kamin defekt.. dafür gab es eine gute Flasche Rotwein. Da wir unsere Geburtstage am Kamin feiern wollten, war das zwar eher ein schwacher Trost, aber solche Dinge passieren. Der Flügel ist okay, war nicht besonders gut gestimmt aber passabel und dem Alter entsprechend gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für uns mehr als ausreichend, allerdings braucht der Kühlschrank einen extra Schubs, damit er schließt, der Teller in der Mikrowelle dreht sich nicht mehr selbstständig und die Maschine für Filterkaffee reiste an, als wir abgereist sind. Wir haben die Bialetti genutzt, uns reichte das. Leider brauchte die Waschmaschine intensive Betreuung. Man muss mit einem Messbecher während des gesamten Waschvorgangs Wasser nachfüllen. In diesem „betreuten Waschen“ wurden wir auf Anfrage freundlich eingewiesen. Die Bäder sind in historischem Zustand (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen), bei Buchung war uns das egal, wir hatten ja den Kamin und den Flügel im Sinn. Wer sich an einem älteren Bad stört sollte sich das wirklich gut überlegen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, haben uns viele Tips gegeben und waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Trotz des defekten Pellet-Kamins hatten wir es warm im Haus, es gab keine Probleme mit der Heizung. Die Lage mit Blick in den Garten mit kleinem Bach ist traumhaft, das haben wir besonders morgens genossen.

Schöne Tage in herrlicher Luft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll, individuell und gemütlich. Mit erstaunlich schöner Kunst. Mit Blick auf Weinberge. Der Garten - sehr schön angelegt und romantisch.! Und die Terrasse erstreckt sich über zwei Seiten des Hauses mit wundervollen Bäumen eingegrenzt. Wir haben kein Auto und waren somit auf den Busverkehr angewiesen, der leider nur alle Stunde fährt. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig und friedlich, die Bewohner sind sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Ort zum ausspannen !

Heerlijke vakantie

Ons gezin heeft genoten van de omgevin en de accommodatie. Onze zoon had zijn eigen "mancave" in de kelder van het huis en wij sliepen boven. Alles wat je nodig denkt te hebben tijdens een vakantie is in het huis aanwezig. Wij hebben met name genoten van het terras aan de zijkant van het huis. Daar konden wij 's-middags heerlijk in de schaduw zitten met een klein briesje terwijl het toch echt wel 35 graden was. Het enige minpuntje was dat de Wifi op de bovenetage regelmatig uitviel, maar onze zoon had daar in zijn "mancave" totaal geen last van, want de router stond beneden. Ook de wasmachine heeft een gebruiksaanwijzing, maar als je die eenmaal weet is ook die goed te gebruiken. Er is een zwembad in de regio op ongeveer 10 minuutjes rijden. Verder zit je tussen de wijnranken en is de Schwarzwaldhochstrasse echt een aanrader. Ook zijn er supermarkten, Edeka en Pennymarkt, in de buurt.

Prachtig huis in rustige mooie omgeving

Alles was zeer goed. Zeer comfortabele grote woning. Het ontbreekt aan niets. Heel fijn groot balkon rondom huis met mooi uitzicht, rustig, heel veel vogels. Mooie tuin. Tolles Haus, nette Gastgeber, vielseitige Ausflugsziele

dort findet sich so ziemlich alles: Ruhe, Natur und Berge zum Wandern, Kultur und Geschichte in Baden-Baden aber auch das Großstadtflair in Frankfurt oder Karlsruhe, wers ein bischen abgefahrener möchte. Ein Trip nach Frankfreich ist auch zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber waren super fürsorglich und hilfsbereit und das Haus samt Flügel ein Traum. Alles in allem tolle Möglichkeit, den Kopf etwas frei zu bekommen!

Besser gehts nicht!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Frau und Herr Sonoda sind perfekte Gastgeber. Das Haus und seine Einrichtung haben uns sehr gefallen. Keller und Küche der Region sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden im Herbst wiederkommen.
