「房間寬敞乾淨，床鋪軟硬適中，外出常失眠的我也睡得很舒服，冷氣可調整成適合的溫度也沒有很大的噪音，早餐東西種類雖不多但也足夠了。櫃檯服務人員笑容親切，有問必答。位置很不錯，離WCTC和總統開的超市很近，附近也有好吃的餐廳，沒有在大馬路上，所以晚上很安靜不會吵。唯一小缺點是乾濕分離的浴室門似乎沒有很緊密，洗澡時水會漏出去，但有毛巾鋪著也還算能接受。總體來說是個很不錯的體驗。」

「Hotel is very nice and clean. Great place to stay with your family on vacation. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I highly recommend this place. 」

「酒店旁边有超市，周围饭馆也很多，斜对面苏杭酒楼咖啡馆有免费wifi，自己买的10美金7小时的上网卡基本不能用，还不如咖啡馆的wifi虽慢起码能发送点文字消息。离市中心不远，走路10分钟。只是浴室花洒龙头出水不是太热就是太凉。订房时hotels.com收取5晚约444美元的费用（含12%的税费和服务费），但是check out时又向酒店缴纳了56美元的市税/本地税及50美元第三人入住费用（房间中有一张双人床一张单人床，带着孩子入住虽然并没有加床依然收取每日10美元的额外费用）。」

「I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists」

「Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. 」
