You will find high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, heating with radiators in every room, ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room, and a dedicated workspace for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden and spacious outdoor areas designed for relaxation, with garden furniture and chill-out zones. The property has a large patio surrounding the house, divided into several areas, some covered—perfect for any time of day. You can also use your own barbecue and grill area, as well as a traditional fireplace and a water well on the grounds.



There are 3 shared parking spaces on the premises, and the location is convenient for public transport. Events are allowed until midnight, and 1 pet is welcome. Please note there are video and audio recording devices in common areas at the entrance and patio, but they remain disconnected during your stay. Out of respect for the quiet neighborhood, we kindly ask you to reduce noise after 11:00 p.m.
