「Very comfortable and well located for what we wanted to see. Staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「Nice clean place. Had a room refrigerator and the bed was nice. Not much for breakfast, waffles, cereal, fruit, bagels. Outdoor pool was clean and warm enough to swim. Had one washer and dryer so if your planning laundry grab it ASAP on arrival. We were on motorcycle so one load worked. I would stay again.」

「Wasn't bad for the price. Great location for the event I attended. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only thing I had an issue with was people screaming/slamming doors in the middle of the night and then again early AM. But it's not the hotel's fault if customers act that way. 」

「Just what we needed for a couple of nights while in Frankfort for a family event. Great price! Older apartment buildings, this building was in the front part of complex, our parking lot had out of state license plates, I believe other buildings were long term rentals. Inside was updated, we would stay again.」

「Overall for the money the place was decent. Unfortunately the WiFi only worked one day while there. I did communicate with the property manager that did their best to help us out with that. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. We always came back before dark so no worries for us.」

「The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.」
