“This property is right in the center of the old city and the major attractions - -theater, cathedral, monastery, 4corners. The room was clean and cozy and had an espresso machine for use by guests. I arrived a day later than my reservation and had some difficulty contacting the manager for an entry code. The area near the property is noisy at all hours. The restaurants near the property are nothing special and a tour guide informed that many of them are franchise restaurants.”

“Very convenient location next to the train station and short walk from the main tourist areas. However bed was very uncomfortable, there were ants in our room, and the lift up to the 5th floor felt dodgy. Some amenities provided such as body wash, soap, towels, but was provided a coffee machine with no pods. Would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights.”

“The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside. ”

“I really loved this place. The room was a cross between an elegant hotel room in a classic hotel to a guest room in a villa. This place has true, old school vibes while being perfectly modern in all amenities. The location is perfect. Two minor cautions. First, must be able to carry your bag up stairs and not be uncomfortable climbing them to get to your room. Second, make sure you get check in directions because the desk isn’t staffed outside their listed hours. I hope to come back because I……

“Palazzo Pantaleo is a well kept bed and breakfast. Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed by Giuseppe who was very nice and attentive to our needs while staying in Palermo. The room itself was clean, large, baby friendly (they gave us a crib), had lots of storage space and had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast included with our stay delicious and had good variety. Giuseppe and Dario were very helpful in arranging transportation for us to get to where we needed to go. All……
