The hotel is extremely close to everything and clean. The suite bed was super comfortable but the deluxe twins were hard as a rock. But what really made this hotel stand out to me was the staff. Carlo and Mario were absolutely incredible and accommodating. They helped us organize transportation to and from Naples for our travel, helped get us to and from the Vico Equense train station, and even thought to pack us a breakfast to go when we had an early morning.
