Staff were great they catered to our needs. Overall , the unit is clean. Only downside is the couch, it has large dreadful stains.The gray blankets had a “wet dog smell “ to them. And I selected a mountain side view but was given a street view.

Staff was nice. Place was very pretty and clean. So close to good sheperd for those who like to try their famous Ube Halaya. Only comment was after the power outage for less than an hour.. the hot water was gone too.😕 But that was it. Evertyhing else, I’m giving a thumbs up 👍

Super clean and safe place to stay.

Alvin is very accommodating and super friendly. The place is spacious for 6 people. Super clean. We’re very happy and comfortable with our stay. The only issue I have is the water heater on the shower is not working.

Great location and value

Great location! Walkable from Mines View Park and Good Shepherd. Parking was easy since we had a dedicated spot near the elevators. We were given an amazing unit that was spacious. The rooms accommodated 10 guests comfortably. Service was outstanding! Check in process was smooth as they provided instructions on who to contact. Our host, Opaly, was very attentive to our needs! She was available when we needed additional supplies and when there was a temporary power outage in Baguio. Highly recommended for large groups!

Prestige Vacation Apartments 88 Gibraltar are signed at the entrance as Suntrust 88 Gibraltar. There are three levels of parking available with each rental provided with one space. The only toiletries in the apartment is toilet paper. You’ll need to provide everything else. Since you wash the provided cookware and dishes, soap, sponges, scrubbers and cloths are also provided as are towels in the occupancy amount for your apartment. The apartments are clean with nice decor though some finishes are showing their age. We had a three bedroom unit which had a small balcony off the living room, another off the first bedroom and a third off the master. Cooking included a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a microwave and a two-burner induction cooktop. There is security at the lobby who receives you and contacts a property manager who takes you to your unit to explain the apartment and rules. If you have a large party, this is definitely a budget friendly option!
