It was a short walk to the beach, around 7min and there was a supermarket the same distance which was perfect for us with a baby. We would definitely stay again if we return to Cyprus."

"We had a lovely 4 week stay in Eva Flats. It is located in a quiet area of Kapparis. Communication through WhatsApp was very friendly, efficient and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our stay. The only slight issue if you can it that, was that the walls were quite scuffed/marked in the main room, from previous holiday makers. It would have had 5 stars in all categories if it were not for that."

"Property is well located 10 mins walk from a choice of beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. It's close enough for access, but far enough away not to hear any noise. Host is very friendly and helpful; any issues were quickly resolved. Patio does get the sun and is private."
