「The rooms were worn out. Fridge was broken. Kept having them come and fix stuff or replace things that weren’t stocked properly. Ac couldn’t keep up. Everything had a dirty appearance. My child spilled on the comforter and the cleaning staff just turned the blanket over to give the appearance of putting on a clean one but the dirty part was just turned to the inside. 「Stayed in a suite, which was of okay size. The stay was comfortable and the service was fine. But the breakfast was miserable. Since the property is bang on the old mumbai Pune highway, and within the Lonavala town, one can opt for breakfast outside. Finally, it's a boutique resort and not a full service large one. 」
