“With a makeover and some tasteful touches this place would be incredible. The people who work there though were incredible. It was a really big space that just needed a good scrubbing and revamp and it would be so phenomenal. Thankful for my stay. ”

“Clean, modern hotel. Good location. Good value. However valets and bellboy completely ignored us. We pulled up at the front door where uniformed men standing around looked directly at us and walked off. We unloaded our suitcases ourselves and checked in. Concierge was nice and courteous during check in. We booked so we could shower and rest before departing to the airport (stayed 4 hours) and for 2 adults and 2 children we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Definitely has areas for……

“The residences itself was not bad but the check in experience was hell as they claimed they could not find my reservation n threatened to kick me out after checking me in!, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia. Address host told me the only way forward was to get Expedia to cancel the reservation and I pay them directly which I did but it took time to resolve. This whole experience took away from my vacation as it was disappointing, exhausting and stressful to say the……
