"The hotel was in a great location, the pool was closed due to it been off season but either way the hotel was clean, well equipped and the staff couldn’t have been for friendly and welcoming. they helped plan our h long bay day trip and we’re so accommodating with breakfast for us ready for the early trip. "Hotel is cheap and close to the busy area. Owners were amazing and hooked us up in so many ways. They rented us a cheap motorbike, booked our tour, translated phrases to get us back to the airport in Hanoi, and got us a taxi. Won us over for sure. The hotel is good but the service is amazing. "

"We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "
