"My room was number 308 : Towel rail was broken . Soap dispenser in the shower didn’t have a support stand so it was on the floor. Shower floor was EXTREMELY slippery. Checked out at 5AM and had to leave my room card on top of reception counter because staff was nowhere to be found."
