    The holiday home is located in a quiet area, surrounded by the greenery of the forest and the sound of flowing water nearby.

    It features 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, a spacious living room + kitchen + bathroom + a small room, a spacious terrace on the ground floor, and an outdoor hot tub in the courtyard.

    The area is ideal for hiking and biking and is close to other tourist destinations near Baia Mare (“Cota 1000” chairlift, Izvoarele resort, Lake Mogoșa, Lake Ferneziu, etc.).
    The house is rented for a minimum of 4 days (not by the day).
