"Great location. Fantastic view. Staff a bit young and inexperienced. Did not mention room maintenance « on demand ». Also quite surprising for an upscale manoir. Some of the renovation are odds. My door opened on the toilet and there was a bottle opener from the 1970s screwed on the door. There was no brealfast service in the morning and the terrasse was onlymopened as of 16:00 on the week end which is the prime real estate view for the st lawrence river view. Price did not reflect the downfalls. Overall gave it four stars but would have gone to 3.8 so not a true four stars. Great stay monetheless. Very central."
