Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

new and nice view, but not a five star place

This view of the St Lawrence was nice and our unit was clean because it's new, but the issues below make it difficult for me to give this place a higher rating: -unpaved parking lot -no heads up about disabled thermostats for heat -no ceiling fans in bedrooms -no individual switches on nightstand lights -no towel bars and few hooks in master bath -only 1 TV for up to 10 people (6 in our group) -sod job at back of building not complete so weeds diminished view from our 1st floor patio -common area lounge on 2nd floor has better view, but is not finished (wall for appliances was bare) -walking to town is impractical -no garbage disposal
