“The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. There is a shared bathroom with one other room, but it was really clean and not an issue. Late check-in and early check-out is……

“Our first time in Sacramento for work and this property gave us the quiet space we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive and the room was clean with a beautiful view. We loved the hot tub and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you”

“Like the location in midtown, and the restaurant/bar is excellent… but it seems they do the bare minimum as far as maintaining the overall property. This was our second stay but will likely be the last, a bunch of flies in the elevators on multiple days… not awful not great.”

“Natural wear for an older motel. Nothing broken or not working. Clean, quiet, and safe. We even walked to the shop on the corner late at night after going to the stadium for a game.”

“Excellent area But, no self parking own by the hotel only a $60/day valet. Elevators are small and tight, Using the hotels luggage cart and getting in was not easy. shower drainage was very slow. When we went back to the hotel at 10 pm Saturday front door was lock and no staff available to ooen rhe door luckily there was a customer inside who kindly open the door.Lastlt we coyld her the people next room talking and laughing”

“The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. ”

“Only stayed for a night with a last minute business trip, but the B&B was so quaint, all the staff was incredibly nice, and the breakfast was actually not bad !! Wish i got up earlier to enjoy more of it.”
