Biggest disappointment on the casino floor was the lack of any cocktail servers! No one and I do mean no one was serving any of the gaming machines, not even the roulette or black jack video machines. It wasn’t until Sunday morning after brunch that one lady was finally serving the machines. Our family dropped like $2k in 24 hours at the casino and had to pay for our drinks the whole time. Worse, you had to leave your game to go stand in line for 15-20 minutes to pay for your own drink. "
