“Wonderful hotel in such a picturesque town. Our suite room was amazing and views of castle fantastic.
Food drinks and staff also fantastic, so intend to go back next year again for our anniversary.

“Very clean, lovely staff, great parking and good bar.
However, the room was freezing and had to sleep in my coat. Radiator never came on even though it was set to high.
Also, need more than just 1 sachet of milk.”

“We paid 90 pounds for a 3 single-beded room but got a 70 ponds room. The staff said it not possible to chang the room but are willing to return our money back. The staff is friendly but somehow we still frustrated about the negotiations.”
