"When booking I was told I could park there free while traveling because when I returned in a few days I was staying again. Also I had a late arrival when I returned. I was told not to worry they would make sure the shuttle picked me up even though it would be just past their shift. He some to just remind them when I got there. When I did, I pretty much was called a liar because all their staff knows there is NO FREE PARKING it cost $5 per day and the shuttle will not by asked to stay a little you will have to find your own way back!"

"This was a great location and very nice room. I was looking for a halfway point between Michigan and Missouri and this fit the bill. Shampoo/soap/conditioner attached to the wall in shower. I appreciated the mini fridge WITH freezer and microwave. They were both very clean. Breakfast was served with a smile as well. ☺️"

"I chose this property based specifically on reviews, and we couldn’t believe the condition of the room. It was incredibly dirty. And not just a little dirty but as in there was garbage behind the sink, garbage under the beds, and soap scum and stickiness on the bathtub and shower. There was a HUGE gap in the door - at least 1.5 inch wide gap around the door so someone could easily fit a camera, a hand, etc in our room. We were 3 women traveling together and this was disconcerting. One of us had a medical emergency the first night and didn’t have an opportunity to speak to them about it. But the room was truly NOT cleaned. Had we had the opportunity, we would have requested a new room, and money back, that’s how dirty it was. And we are generally quite how key about this type of situation."

"The guy working the desk at check-in was nice. However, there was a bug on the curtain in our room when we arrived. We were so tired that we just got rid of it and told the girl who was working the check-out desk in the morning. The elevator was working when we checked in, but was broken the next morning. Breakfast was just ok. We would probably not stay here again."

"Decent hotel for a couple nights. Clean overall, just wish they had an elevator. Breakfast was decent for being free. Night staff was nice. "
