“Nice place - very accurate description - very comfortable for small group - Safeway Grocery store is nearby but the neighborhood seems a bit rough at night as a group of homeless were across the street at a park and aggressively begged for money.”

“The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email……

“What can I say? Roland was an awesome host. The property was clean and well appointed. The location was convenient to get to downtown Seattle or to the university of Washington. There were plenty of restaurants within five minutes, and we definitely enjoyed the food. The property, according to my daughter, had the nicest bathroom she had ever been in the kitchen was a great space to hang out and enjoy a home-cooked meal. The Internet was fast, we definitely appreciated. The Apple TV connected……
