“Staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean but you can tell it's somewhat old and needs some cosmetic refreshing. Beds were a bit hard but I like soft anyhow but yet still good condition. Our rooms each had a small patio looking out at the canal. Could use a small table and 2 chairs to have first cup of coffee in the morning. ”

“Property is beautiful and the rooms are great. Only problem was A/C was obnoxiously loud and needs maintenance for sure. Lots of rattling. Also small thing but I am a solo female traveller for work and there's a rule in hotels to not say a guests room number out loud and the desk agent said it out loud. Something to consider for the customer service staff. ”

“We had an end unit with a large tub. Everything was clean and well put together. Tv was very large which was nice. It was hot when we stayed and the air conditioner worked great. The tub was pretty nice, only thing was when the jets were on they splashed the water around and made a little mess. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, pretty basic spring mattress. No top cushion. The owners were very friendly. Overall, we had a great stay. ”

“Cute apartment with a great kitchenette for those who don't want to eat out all the time. Wi-Fi was provided and entrance to the property was easy and I felt secure. The host has lot of little extras and tries to make your stay pleasant. There are steep stairs for any who would be troubled by that but they are very stable and have railings. ”

“The house is immaculate with touches of old charm and modern amenities. The beds were so comfortable that I slept in for the first time in years. It was the perfect spot to prepare for a wedding, and to also unwind after. I only wish I got more time to enjoy it as it was hard to leave! 10/10”
