When you get to the hotel outside of it looks so beautiful when you get inside this where all of the nightmare starts when you enter to the hotel first what you smell is smoke very bad smells bedding sheets are very disgustingly smelly and dirty carpets in the hallway is discustingly dirty do not recommend to stay in this hotel very poor customer service worst experience ever had

No pool and no free massage- this was a giant scam. Classic bait and switch- we showed up at 5 am to find out that the hotel had overbooked and was sending us somewhere else. Not just us but half a dozen others in the same boat. Ended up being sent to a hotel that had none of the promised amenities and put in a room rhat hadn't been cleaned. Never even glt an apology from he staff. This place deserves a negative star rating.

-The price is really good and the reception is friendly too. But always crowded if I want something simple I have to wait a bit long. -room was small and no tv channels. -Wi-Fi service very slow. -shower drain is terrible. -daily cleaning service is terrible you have to beg them to come and clean your room. -I got free massage and it was fine. -free breakfast too and it was fine 3/10 because they don’t cover the food and fly flier on it. No catcher on plates so you and other will pick some food with your hand. -great sound system at dining. And nice sitting. -Isolation is terrible you can hear people knocking doors at lobby and talking near your room. -if you have a guest you will have to pay 20 azn. -underground swimming pool, massage, gym, steam facilities. -the dining staff asking for tips and they become rude if you don’t.

This hotel was awful I stayed only 2 out of my 5 nights and booked at another hotel. And of course they would not refund me . The staff was rude nobody spoke English nor did they try to find someone that could. I will never stay there again or recommend it

The breakfast was terrible. I had to.leave and eat elsewhere. I had booked a massage in the booking which they did not honor. When I paid extra for one they said to wait in the room until there was space. I waited two hours with no response.

The staff had a problem locating Expedia several times. Could not find 3 of my reservations. They also did not send a shuttle for me, which was horrible considering my flight arrived at 2AM!!!!
