The property was just splendid. There was a beautiful, welcoming view of the park, seaside and it was conveniently located by walking path that leads to a giant mall, restaurants, parks, museums and the Old Town, which is gorgeous. The staff were always helpful, professional and pleasant - especially during breakfast. It helped make our first trip to Baku (and Azerbaijan) a memorable one!

We can highly recommend the hotel. Very nice, well-kept rooms, nothing is missing. We were very satisfied and the staff is incredibly attentive. The stay was great! The reception, cleanliness, room, and facilities were all excellent. But there was a mix-up with our breakfast. We paid for it through Expedia, and it was on our receipt, but the hotel didn't have it in their system. It was a bit annoying because the restaurant kept telling us that breakfast wasn't included. I think it was a communication issue with Expedia.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and neat but smell heavily of smoke smell. Most of the guests smoke inside the rooms, unfortunately. Fitness room is pretty lame and the AC wasn’t working in it. Other than that, I would definitely come back. Oh and the restaurant is also very tasty and comfy!

Rooms not as advertised. They were not soundproof even though they were advertised to be soundproofed. When we raised the question, we were told all rooms are the same. When we refused to stay there, they deducted one night maximum charge from our refund. The money they charged us for the first night was like 50% more than what they originally charged for each night. Pathetic hotel and pathetic staff

First we came to the hotel, they put us on the first floor where everything was heard, early morning alarms from rooms were heard, especially the noisy streets. The bathroom was very dirty, after realizing that they moved us to the second floor. The view is not as good as the photos, location is not in the center, not easy to cross the street as well.
