The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and its quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing and campfire area.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room Kitchen with electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Living room with TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bedroom with 2 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatongyörök. The holiday home is located on a 2300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late September, 3 m x 3 m, 0.8 m deep).
