「Staff are very friendly and helpful but one minor complaint about the wifi connection though. Wifi couldn't be connected to laptop and cell phone at the same time in my room which was a bit inconvenient. After all, it was a pleasant stay.」

The valet staff was so fun and the bar filled up after the Padres game! Great energy, great location. The rooms are kind of on the small side, but they came up with creative ways to still provide all amenities. I would definitely stay again and recommend!!」

Good:
The location of this hotel is excellent, lots of cafes and restaurants in the neiborhood, supermarket is also not far. The employee are well trained, very hospital. I'd like to thank David for his extraordinary services that makes me feel like at home. During my 3 days stay, he helped me several times of different issues, each time he is very polite, patient and solved my issues efficiently.

「The woman at the front desk was exceptionally happy and responsive. As soon as I walked in the front door and spoke to her, I knew I would love this place. We only stayed one night, but it was very clean and cozy. I would highly recommend it.」
"It is overall nice. However, I am a bit disappointed because there is no kettle available in the room and I have to buy the water in the hotel or at convenient store which is quite pricy. I think kettle in room is quite basic. "
