「From the time that we set eyes on your cottage we were hooked. The beautiful gardens front and back and the birds eating apples ,,. The atmosphere of the batch was amazing., We cranked up the fire and cooked potatoes so cool; Life as we knew it is still achievable.. Will definitley be back - .thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise.」

「Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.」

「Would have liked to be supplied with top up tea/coffee etc. Very compact as the name suggested as a tiny home. The grass slop to walk down to the tiny home did not have lighting down it and was dangerous as it was wet. The steps up to the tiny home had a fountain covering half the step, we found this dangerous, and had no lighting to safely nagavate to the tiny home. We had brought a little torch otherwise was could not have got into the tiny home safely. 」

「This tiny house was perfect for our short stay on a long trip from Nelson to MT Cook. The beach, just a short walk down the path, was incredible. The house had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep.」

「The property is beautiful. It is peaceful and a stone throw a way from the hustle and bustle in the city . I travelled everyday from the airport for work. I looked forward to coming (home). Doug will also give you a list of cost effective must sees around the area. Thank you for having me.」

「Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months. 」

「Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!」

「It started by being difficult to get a reply from the owner while booking. On arrival,we were not expected. The owner did arrive, apologised for the mix up and made an effort to clean it, but we just wanted to relax after a 4 hour drive on Christmas Eve. He perhaps didn't have enough time to clean properly because every area was dirty from floors, to shower to kitchen items and the fridge had expired food in it. It also felt uncomfortable with personal items: medications in fridge and legal...
